Service Description

1 hour of play time for 10 children in our children's art studio with your choice of themed arts and crafts. 1 hour for gifts, food and cake. Additional guests $15/child up to 15 children. Theme ideas: princess, cars, space, fairies, dinosaurs... whatever the birthday child wishes! What we provide: art studio play, 2 themed crafts, 1 themed watercolor painting, themed party hat Paper plates, cups, utensils, balloons, happy birthday banner, hot tea and drinking water, set-up and clean up so you can enjoy the party! Outside food and drink are welcome. Party Add Ons: Goody Bags: $2.50/child, includes fun art items such as mini paint palette, play dough, pencils/crayons, stickers, mini note book, etc. Instant Print Camera: $30, includes 1 roll of instant black&white film to be used for the duration of the party. The birthday child and guests will enjoy taking instant photo memories of the party. Keepsake Canvas: $30, each guest will place their painted handprint on a keepsake canvas for the birthday child. Canvas 24inx18in Time slots avaiable: Sundays 10am-12pm, 12:30-2:30pm, 3:30-5:30pm The $100 deposit is due 2 weeks before the party. This deposit is non-refundable and is used to purchase party supplies. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premesis. Party host may arrive up to 15 minutes early to set-up food, etc. All guests must abide by the 2 hours time limit as to allow time to clean up and set up for the next event. Questions? Cancellation Policy

We require 2 week notice to properly prepare for birthday parties. Should you need to cancel or reschedule a party, please email us at: info@itsaprocessatelier.com When booking a party at It's a Process... you understand the inherent risks of participating in the activities, and accept full responsibility for the children within your care.
